Our Team
Clark started working at Baker in 1984. He learned the ropes doing inventory control, pump repairs, purchasing, inside sales and outside sales. He was our Operations Manager, our Sales Manager and after completing his Management Degree at the University of Manitoba, he became our Branch Manager. In 1999, Clark purchased Baker Mfg Company’s Winnipeg Branch from Peter Sears of Evansville,WI making him our President and the owner of Baker Mfg. Ltd.
Jamie began his illustrious career in the water treatment industry building water softeners. Thru hands on experience he has acquired an unprecedented knowledge of water treatment products and systems. As a technical expert in his field Jamie provides support to all our customers requiring information on water treatment applications.
Quentin started working at Baker in our Shipping/Receiving Department. He now puts his product knowledge to work both at our front counter and as one of our Inside Sales/Customer Service Representatives.
Greg’s career background includes 20+ years of experience and knowledge in the groundwater industry. As one of our Customer Service/Inside Sales Representatives Greg specializes in waste water, well systems and light commercial applications.
Klarissa is Baker's Office Manager. She is key to ensuring our day to day operations run smoothly. Klarissa oversees Accounts Payables & Receivables, handles all administrative duties and is the always helpful first point of contact at Baker. (Our Director of Greetings reports directly to her.)
Wendy
Wendy wears a few hats at Baker. First and foremost she is our Marketing Manager and our Website Administrator. She also looks after our banking and payroll… and she is the editor of our monthly newsletter.
Helio is part of our Shipping and Receiving team. He prides himself in managing an efficient warehouse and ensuring your orders are picked accurately and shipped to you in a timely manner.
Mike
Mike is the newest addition to our Shipping and Receiving team. He is responsible for ensuring your orders are picked accurately and shipped in a timely manner.
Gally
The youngest member of our team is Gally. His official title at Baker Mfg is Director of Greetings (D.O.G). His duties include barking “hello” and tail wagging to tell you how excited he is that you stopped by.
