Clark has 40+ years of knowledge and experience with groundwater products and applications. He started working at Baker in 1984 and has done it all… Inventory Control, Pump Repairs, Purchasing, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager and for the last 27 years President and Owner. He is also an expert on all things Monitor. And was the only wholesale member of the Manitoba Water Well Association to become a certified Pump Installer. (When others can’t figure out a solution to your problem - they tend to direct you to Clark.)

Skyler is a licensed Journeyman Plumber with over 10 years of experience in the plumbing and water treatment industry. He recently re-joined the team at Baker doing Inside Sales after completing his Journeyman Certification. Our customers benefit from his extensive knowledge as a Plumber and his hands-on experience with water treatment products and applications.
Greg has 25+ years of experience in customer service in the groundwater industry. As a Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representative Greg has specialized knowledge in waste water & well systems and is happy to share his knowledge with our customers.
Curtis is the newest member of our team. He came to us with a strong background in customer service. He uses his strong organizational skills to oversee our purchasing and procurement needs. He is happy to help out with Inside Sales when needed.
Originally from Ukraine, Denys manages our Shipping and Receiving department. He prides himself in running an efficient warehouse and ensuring your orders are picked accurately and shipped to you in a timely manner. He also enjoys his time on the road making deliveries in the Baker van.
Klarissa has been managing our daily operations for the past 10 years. She uses her degree in Business Administration to oversee payables, receivables and to oversee our records management. She is the first point of contact at Baker. (Our Director of Greetings reports directly to her.)
Wendy wears a few hats at Baker. She is responsible for bank reconciliation, HR & payroll, our monthly newsletter, marketing and website administration. She also covers daily operations as needed.
